Medical Description
Arip Mt Tablet is used for treating disorders like Schizophrenia, mood disorders (such as mania and bipolar disorder) and Depressive Disorder. It has a composition of aripiprazole, which belongs to a class of antipsychotic medicines. It functions by stabilising the dopamine and serotonin levels in the brain. These are chemical substances present in the brain that help stabilise the mood and prevent the overactivity of the nerve cells in the brain.
Schizophrenic patients experience hallucinations, delusions, extremely disordered thinking and behaviour, impairing daily functioning, and disabling. Arip Mt Tablet helps stabilise symptoms like irritability, anxiety, and other behaviours in these patients. It can be used in adults and children over 13 years of age. Arip Mt Tablet helps calm the mood and relax the nerves.
Arip Mt Tablet can be taken with or without food. It should be swallowed whole with a glass of water. The dosage and frequency of the medication will be decided by the doctor depending on your symptoms and the severity of your condition. Inform your doctors if you suffer from heart diseases, kidney and liver problems, seizures, etc. This medicine is not recommended in a few situations.

- If you’re allergic to any element of Arip Mt Tablet
- If you are an elderly adult who already has dementia-related psychosis, it can cause early death.

- If you have impulse control disorders like addictive behaviour, inform your doctor. They may change the medicine or adjust the dose.
- If you have any suicidal thoughts and behavior changes, especially in children.

Directions for Use

- Do not break the tablet or chew it.
- Take the pill as a whole, with a glass of water.

Storage and disposal
Store Arip Mt Tablet at room temperature in a cool and dry area, away from sunlight. Keep the medication away from animals and children in a locked cabinet. Do not remove the medicine from its packet and store it within its original packaging.
DISPOSAL- Do not flush medications into the toilet or throw them into the dustbin unless instructed to do so. Medications disposed of in this manner may pollute the environment. Properly dispose of this product when it is expired or no longer needed. Consult your pharmacist or local waste disposal company.

Overdose
Arip Mt Tablet overdose can cause symptoms like dizziness, nausea, vomiting, anorexia, drowsiness, slight tremor, anxiety, changes in blood pressure, confusion, agitation, sleep disturbances. Large overdoses can produce mental status changes, changes in heart rate, delirium, seizures, and coma. If you overdose on this medicine and experience any of these symptoms, immediately seek emergency medical treatment from a nearby hospital.
Missed a Dose
If you missed a dose, check the information given on the leaflet with the medication or ask your doctor about the same. Take the next dose of Arip Mt Tablet as and when you remember it. If it is time for the next dose, take that dose and skip the missed dosage. Do not take an extra dose of Arip Mt Tablet to compensate for the missed dosage.
