Amlodac D Strip Of 10 Tablets
Description
Amlodac D Tablet is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). It combines two medications, amlodipine and indapamide. It is recommended that Amlodac D Tablet be taken with food, preferably in
the morning, to reduce the frequency of nocturnal urination. Continue taking this medication for as long as advised by your doctor. Even if you feel well, do not stop taking it on your own, as high blood pressure often has no symptoms. Stopping the medication abruptly could worsen your condition. Common side effects may include glucose intolerance, ankle swelling, headache, and decreased potassium levels. If any of these symptoms persist, worsen, or cause significant discomfort, consult your doctor. It’s important to drink plenty of fluids to counteract potential side effects such as muscle weakness, dry mouth, and extreme thirst. Dizziness or headaches may be caused by low blood pressure; therefore, rise slowly from a sitting position and consider avoiding driving if you experience these symptoms. Before starting this medication, inform your doctor if you have any liver or kidney problems. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also seek medical advice prior to taking this medicine. Regular monitoring of your blood pressure, kidney function, electrolyte levels, and blood sugar is essential to ensure that this medication is working effectively.
