Medical Description
Amlodac 5 tablet is a blood pressure-lowering medicine. It is used to manage high blood pressure. It is also used to treat angina pectoris (chest pain due to reduced blood flow to the heart). Amlodac 5 tablet contains amlodipine as the active substance. It works by relaxing the blood vessels and improving the blood flow.
Take this medicine in the exact dose and duration as your doctor advises. Do not take more than the prescribed dose. Do not stop taking this medicine on your own. Before starting Amlodac 5 tablet, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant or breastfeeding and about your complete medical history. Also, inform about all the medicines and supplements that you take.
Amlong 5 tablets, Amlokind 5 tablets, Stamlo 5 tablets, Amlopin 5 tablets and Amlovas 5 tablets are some other medicines with amlodipine as the main ingredient.
