Amide 50 MG Description
Amide 50 mg is used in the management of Schizophrenia. Amide 50 mg reduces the symptoms of schizophrenia by restoring the chemical imbalance in the brain. Overactive dopamine, a brain chemical,
is responsible for the symptoms of Schizophrenia. By regulating dopamine, Amide 50 mg reduces these symptoms. Amisulpride is the active ingredient of Amide 50 mg. Schizophrenia is a mental disorder wherein the affected person interprets reality in an abnormal way. There can be hallucinations (seeing things that are not there), delusions (beliefs contrary to reality), extremely disordered behavior, and thinking. Schizophrenia could interfere with daily functioning and can be disabling. Schizophrenia needs lifelong therapy. Early management helps in bringing the situation under control and prevents severe consequences.

- If you are having kidney disease
- If you are having breast cancer
- If you are having prolactinoma (brain tumour- tumour of pituitary glands)
- If you are having pheochromocytoma (tumour of adrenal glands- hormone-producing glands which are located near the kidneys)

Directions for Use of Amide 50 MG
- Take Amide 50 mg, with food or without food as advised by your doctor. Preferably take Amide 50 mg before bedtime to avoid feeling sleepy throughout the day. Take Amide 50 mg for as long as advised by your doctor....
- Take it at the same time every day so you can get its maximum benefits due to the constant availability of the medicine in your body.
- Swallow the tablet as a whole with a glass full of water. Do not chew/ break open/ crush Amide 50 mg.
