Erythromycin, cephalexin, oxytetracycline, oligomycin, lincomycin, cimetidine, clindamycin, allopurinol, quinolones, anticoagulants: These medicines may increase the level of acebrophylline in plasma
Furosemide: The combination may cause an increased urine excretion
Reserpine: The combination may increase your heart beat
Phenytoin and barbiturates: These medicines may decrease the level of acebrophylline in plasma
