Aculips H 12.5/10mg Tab 10'S is an antidepressant medicine. It belongs to the tricyclic antidepressant family of medicines. The uses of Aculips H 12.5/10mg Tab are well established in treating conditions like depression, migraine, bedwetting, and post-herpetic neuralgia (a neuropathic condition). Depressive disorders occur when a person experiences sadness, unhappiness, anger, hopelessness, or loss. There's nothing more irritating than feeling anxious, worried, or fearful, so much so that it interferes with one's daily activities. Depressive episodes can accompany anxiety attacks. Chlordiazepoxide is a benzodiazepine (BZD) that increases the action of the chemical messenger GABA (Gamma-aminobutyric acid) in the brain to suppress excessive and abnormal activity in the nerve cells.

  • Antidepressants like Aculip H 12.5/10mg Tab 10'S and anti-convulsants such as gabapentin cannot be taken together as they pose a very high risk of adverse effects.
  • Taking Aculip H 12.5/10mg Tab 10'S and corticosteroids such as fluticasone together may cause adverse effects like palpitations, changes in pulse rate, dizziness, or excessive sweating.
  • Antidepressants like Aculip H 12.5/10mg Tab 10' with the use of anti-anxiety like lorazepam may carry a high risk of adverse heart effects. So they cannot be used together.
  • Opioid analgesics in combination with Antidepressants can reverse the effect of Opioid analgesics, so they cannot be used together.
