Molecule Description
Ambroxol+Guaiphenesin / Guaifenesin+Terbutaline is used to treat cough associated with mucus. Ambroxol+Guaiphenesin / Guaifenesin+Terbutaline can be taken with or without food, strictly in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. The dosage depends on your medical condition and your response to the treatment. Continue taking the medicine for the full course advised by your doctor, as stopping it too early may cause your symptoms to return or worsen. Consult your doctor if any side effect persists or becomes bothersome. This medicine may cause drowsiness, so avoid driving or performing tasks that require alertness until you understand how it affects you. According to the advisory issued by the Union Health Ministry, cough and cold medications should not be prescribed or dispensed to children under two years of age. - Ambroxol+Guaiphenesin / Guaifenesin+Terbutaline works by the combined action of its three components and helps in easing the symptoms of bronchospasm (spasm or constriction in the airways).
