Mefenamic Acid+Paracetamol is available in the form of tablet, syrup, suspension, oral liquid. - If you are allergic to mefenamic acid, paracetamol or similar medicines

- If you are suffering from inflammation in the digestive tract
- If you had or have stomach ulcers

Interactions with other medicines
- Some medicines can affect the way mefenamic acid+paracetamol works, or this medicine itself can reduce the effectiveness of other medicines taken at the same time.
- Tell your doctor about all the medicines, supplements, or herbals you are currently taking or might take to avoid any possible interaction.
- Especially if you are taking medicines to treat your heart problems, diabetes, infections, nausea or vomiting or are taking medicines like blood thinners, water pills, cholesterol-lowering medicines, antibiotics, steroids, painkillers, medicines used to modify immune system during organ transplant....
- Cholesterol-lowering medicines like Colestyramine should be taken with a minimum gap of 2 hours.
- This combination should not be taken for 8 to 12 days after taking a medicine called Mifepristone.
- Digoxin used to treat heart failure should not be taken along with this combination.
