Medical Description
Zyrcold syrup is a cough and cold preparation. It is used to treat cough with mucous. It also provides relieves from allergic symptoms like itching, sneezing, runny or stuffy nose, cough, congestion and watery eyes. It contains ambroxol and cetirizine as its active ingredients. Zyrcold syrup acts by preventing the release of a substance called histamine responsible for allergic conditions. It also works by loosening the mucous, thus easing breathing. Zyrcold syrup may cause dizziness, so be careful while driving or using heavy machines. Also, avoid smoking and avoid exposure to dust and pollution. Take this medicine as suggested by the doctor and in the dose and duration prescribed. Before using this medicine, inform the doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding and your detailed medical history.

Zyrcold syrup provides relief of the symptoms of coughing with mucous associated with allergic rhinitis.
Contraindications of ZYRCOLD SYRUP 100ML
- If you are allergic to ambroxol, cetirizine, or any of the ingredients of Zyrcold syrup.
- If you have liver or kidney problems.
- If you are suffering from a lung infection (like breathing difficulty, thick or blood-stained mucous, etc).
- If you have low immunity.
- If you are already suffering from asthma or COPD (chronic obstructive lung disorder).
- If you are suffering from severe gastric or ulcer problems.

- Zyrcold syrup contains a combination of ambroxol and cetirizine as its active ingredients.
