Medical Description

Zyrcold syrup is a cough and cold preparation. It is used to treat cough with mucous. It also provides relieves from allergic symptoms like itching, sneezing, runny or stuffy nose, cough, congestion and watery eyes. It contains ambroxol and cetirizine as its active ingredients. Zyrcold syrup acts by preventing the release of a substance called histamine responsible for allergic conditions. It also works by loosening the mucous, thus easing breathing. Zyrcold syrup may cause dizziness, so be careful while driving or using heavy machines. Also, avoid smoking and avoid exposure to dust and pollution. Take this medicine as suggested by the doctor and in the dose and duration prescribed.
