Zonicare 100 MG Description

Zonicare capsule is used to treat seizures in epilepsy. It can be taken alone or in combination with other medications by both adults and children. It works by preventing seizures through the suppression of abnormal electrical activity in the brain. It should be taken at the same time each day, with or without food, as determined by your doctor. It is important to follow the prescribed dosage, even if you are feeling well. Stopping or missing doses could worsen your seizures.

Common side effects may include dizziness, loss of appetite, memory loss, drowsiness, impaired concentration, altered walking, impaired coordination, and unusual anger. If you experience any of these symptoms, it is important to inform your doctor. While taking Zonicare capsule, it is advisable to avoid alcohol, as it may increase the risk of seizures and worsen side effects.

Be cautious as drowsiness and dizziness may affect your ability to drive or operate machinery. Inform your doctor if you have kidney problems, depression, suicidal thoughts, or if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. It is not recommended to breastfeed while taking Zonicare capsule.
