Interactions with other medicines

  • Co-administration of cilostazol with aspirin increases the inhibition of ADP-induced platelet aggregation
  • Cilostazol with anticoagulants may cause bleeding
  • CYP3A4 and CYP2C19 inhibitors increase the exposure to Zilast Tablet
  • If you consume other medications, do mention it to your physician before administering Zilast Tablet.
