Zepan Dsr 30/ capsule is a combination medicine used for indigestion with nausea, acid reflux, gastritis, erosive inflammation of the food pipe, and certain gastric or duodenal ulcers. It contains domperidone, which helps food move forward through the upper digestive tract, and pantoprazole, which reduces stomach acid. Together, they can ease reflux and digestive discomfort while supporting healing of acid-irritated tissue. The capsule is swallowed whole by mouth before food as directed by a doctor.
