Medical Description
Wikoryl tablet is a cough and cold medication. It contains a combination of paracetamol, phenylephrine and chlorpheniramine as active substances. Wikoryl tablet is used in the treatment of nasal and sinus congestion, headache and sinus pain. It is also used to provide relief from allergic symptoms of the nose/throat due to upper respiratory tract allergies.
Take this medicine at the exact dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. Wikoryl tablets should not be used in children under 2 years of age. Before starting this medicine, inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding and about your complete medical history.

Uses of WIKORYL 5MG STRIP OF 10 TABLETS
- Wikoryl tablet is used to provide relief in nasal and sinus blockage, headache and sinus pain.
- It is also used to provide relief from allergy symptoms and nasal/throat irritation caused by upper respiratory tract allergies.
- It is also used along with antibacterials to provide relief from sinusitis, tonsillitis, and ear inflammation (otitis media).
Contraindications of WIKORYL 5MG STRIP OF 10 TABLETS
- If you are allergic to paracetamol, phenylephrine, chlorpheniramine or any other ingredient of Wikoryl tablet.
- If you have severe high blood pressure.

How Does It Work?
- Wikoryl tablet contains a combination of paracetamol, phenylephrine, and chlorpheniramine as active substances.
- Paracetamol is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine (NSAID) that blocks the action of a chemical called cyclooxygenase. Cyclooxygenase is responsible for the formation of certain substances in the body called prostaglandins that cause fever, pain and inflammation....
- Chlorpheniramine is an anti-allergic medicine that blocks certain proteins in the body that are responsible for causing itching of the nose/throat, watery eyes, runny nose and sneezing due to respiratory allergies....
