Thyronorm 100 MCG Description

Thyronorm 100mcg Tablet is used for the treatment of a condition called hypothyroidism, a condition where the thyroid gland of a person is underactive and does not produce sufficient thyroid hormones

. It is characterized by lethargy, feeling tired, weight gain, constipation, muscle pain, hair loss, increased sensitivity to a cold, feeling low and irregular menstrual cycle. Thyronorm 100mcg Tablet contains Levothyroxine as the main ingredient. It is a man-made form of a naturally occurring hormone known as thyroxine produced by the thyroid gland. It works by supplying extra thyroid hormones which a person with an underactive thyroid is not able to produce naturally. You should consume this medicine as prescribed by your doctor do not skip the dose of this medicine or take an extra dose.
