- You are suffering from constipation currently or in past
- You are suffering from subacute intestinal obstruction
- You are suffering from a heart disease called abnormal heart rhythms (QT prolongation)
- You are suffering from imbalanced mineral levels like hypokaelmia or hypomagnesemia
- You are medicines called SSRIs or SNRIs
- You have rare fructose intolerance
- You have allergy to palonosetron
Directions for Use
Storage and disposal
- Keep out of the reach of children
- Keep the medicine vial in carton to protect it from direct heat and sunlight
- Dispose off the medicine if it changes colour, develops particles or becomes cloudy
- This single use vial, do not use the any left medicine for the second time

- Venlafaxine, duloxetine: The combination with any of these medicines may lead to serotonin syndrome
- Fluoxetine, sertraline, paroxetine: The combination with these medicines may cause adverse events
- Fluvoxamine, escitalopram, citalopram: The combination with any of these medicines may cause adverse events
- Chlorpromazine, thioridazine: Concomitant use with any of this medicines may cause heart beat problems
- Amiodarone, quinidine, nicardipine: The combination with any of these medicines may cause heart beat problems
- Moxifloxacin, erythromycin: Heart beat abnormalities can be caused when used in combinations with any of these medicines
- Haloperidol, quetiapine: Concomitant use with any of these medicines may cause heart beat problems
- Domperidone: The combination with this medicine may lead to problems in heart beat
