Temsy E tablet is a two medication combination that contains Tranexamic Acid and Ethamsylate. It is used to treat severe menstrual bleeding. It helps to avoid blood clots and keep excessive bleeding

How Does It Work?
Temsy E is a medicine that contains both Tranexamic Acid and Ethamsylate. Tranexamic acid is an antifibrinolytic agent that prevents the formation of blood clots. It helps to avoid blood clots and keep excessive bleeding under control. Ethamsylate causes blood to thin. It works by enhancing platelet adhesion and the production of blood clots. It can also treat small blood vessel haemorrhages (capillaries)....
Directions for Use
- Rather than crushing or chewing the Temsy E tablet, swallow it whole with water
- Take Temsy E tablet dose in not more or lower than the recommended dose
- Do not stop using the Temsy E tablet without first visiting your doctor
Interactions
- Tranexamic acid and tamoxifen together can increase the risk of thrombosis
- When you take tretinoin and tranexamic acid together, you're more likely to have a blood clot
Storage and disposal
- Keep Temsy E tablet in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Store in a cupboard away from the stove, sink, and other hot appliances
- Keep medicines in their original containers whenever feasible
- Temsy E tablet pills that have reached the end of their shelf life should be discarded
- Do not flush Temsy E tablet down the toilet since it will pollute the water supply
- Mix unwanted Temsy E tablets with biodegradable materials such as coffee grounds or kitten litter
- Add a biodegradable bag halfway with the mixture and close it

Overdose
If you take too much Temsy e tablet, contact your doctor or a local poison control centre, or seek immediate medical attention. It's improbable that you'll get an overdose. Likewise, it is unlikely that an overdose will develop if a healthcare provider gives the Temsy E tablet in a medical environment. Missed a Dose
If you miss taking the Temsy E tablet, take it as soon as you recall. However, if it is almost time for your next dose or you have crossed more than 8 hours, omit the missed dose of the Temsy E tablet and restart with your regular schedule. Do not double the dose of the Temsy E tablet....
