Spectra 10 mg capsule contains doxepin, a tricyclic antidepressant that acts by raising the levels of GABA-related chemicals in the brain, which are responsible for mood swings and sadness. Suddenly stopping Spectra 10 mg capsules may result in withdrawal symptoms like suicidal thoughts, impatience, and extreme aggression, which can be fatal.
