• If you are allergic to mometasone, azelastine or any other ingredients of Ryaltris-AZ nasal spray
• If you had any nose operation or have injured your nose recently
• If you are suffering from a nose infection and have not yet treated it

• Unpleasant taste in your mouth
• Headache
• Sneezing
• Nose bleeds
• Sore throat
• Ulcer/soreness in the nose

Other General Warnings

• You have disorders related to the immune system
• You are suffering from any type of infection
• You ever had or have tuberculosis
• You suffer from cystic fibrosis
• You have an ulcer or wound in your nose or have undergone a recent surgery on the nose or paranasal sinuses
• You are taking any other steroid medicine (orally or injectable)
• You experience persistent irritation or infection in your throat or nose
• You do not notice any improvement in your condition
• This spray is not recommended for children below 6 years of age

• Ryaltris-AZ nasal spray should be used as directed by your doctor
• Spray it inside both your nostrils one by one
• Wash your hands before and after using this spray
• In case your eyes come in contact with this medicine, rinse your eyes with clean water immediately

• Store Ryaltris-AZ nasal spray in a cool and dry place
• Keep away from children and pets
