• If you are allergic to rosuvastatin, clopidogrel or any other ingredients of this medicine.
• If you have problems with your liver.
• If you have bleeding due to an ulcer in your bowel or bleeding in your brain.
• If you are pregnant or are breastfeeding.

• Nausea
• Indigestion
• Stomach pain
• Diarrhoea
• Constipation
• Headache
• Dizziness
• Body pain

Other General Warnings

• You have medical conditions like diabetes, liver or kidney disease, thyroid problems, respiratory problems, muscle-related problems.
• You have a history of stroke with bleeding inside the brain.
• You have repeated muscle pains or a history of muscle-related problems.
• You have a genetic bleeding disorder known as haemophilia, where blood clotting is affected.
• You have recently or in the last 7 days, taken medicine for bacterial infection like fusidic acid, as this may cause serious muscle injury.
• You are undergoing surgery (including dental procedures).
• You consume alcohol frequently or in excess.
• You are above 60 years of age.

• Rozalet 10 tablet should be taken as directed by your doctor.
• Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water, do not cut, break or chew the medicine.
• It would be best if you took it at a fixed time for optimal results.
• You should not consume it more than that prescribed by your doctor.

• Store the Rozalet 10 tablets in a clean and dry place, protected from direct sunlight, moisture and heat.
• Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.

How Does It Work?

• Rosuvastatin works by lowering bad cholesterol, thus reducing the risk of heart diseases and preventing strokes and heart attacks.
• Clopidogrel works by preventing platelets from sticking together and thus, inhibiting blood clot formation. It helps in keeping blood flowing smoothly in your body.

Interactions with other medicines

• Some medicines can affect the way the Rozalet 10 tablet works or this medicine itself can reduce the effectiveness of other medicines taken at the same time.
• Tell your doctor about all the medicines, supplements or herbals you are currently taking or might take to avoid any possible interaction.
• Especially, if you are taking medicines to treat your heart problems, psychotic disorders, HIV infection, hepatitis C, high blood pressure, acidity or are taking blood thinners, antiplatelet medications, pain killers, antifungal medicines, antibiotics, medicines used to suppress immune function, any hormone replacement therapy, oral contraceptives.
