Ripatec eye drop is a prescription eye medicine used to help control increased pressure inside the eyes. It contains ripasudil as the active component and is used to treat certain eye conditions related to high eye pressure.
It is used for managing glaucoma and ocular hypertension, conditions in which raised eye pressure can gradually damage the optic nerve and affect vision. Controlling eye pressure is important to slow down disease progression and help protect eyesight.
Ripatec eye drop works by improving the natural drainage of fluid from the eye. When excess fluid drains out more easily, the pressure inside the eye reduces. This helps lower intraocular pressure and supports better eye health over time.
