- Treatment of tuberculosis infection.

Other General Warnings
- You have already had tuberculosis before and used the R Cinex E tablets before for the treatment of TB, inform your doctor.
- You want to stop using this medicine as you are feeling better. Do not stop in the middle and finish the entire course of this treatment. Otherwise, the infection may come back, and it will become harder to fight the bacteria.
- You have tingling sensations or nerve pain or damage. It may be due to vitamin B6 deficiency, which can cause inflammation of nerves.
- You are on oral birth control pills. This medicine reduces their effectiveness, so use other contraceptive methods like condoms, diaphragms, etc.
- You take antacids regularly. Do not take antacids immediately after taking this tablet.
Directions for Use
- Take an R Cinex E Tablet exactly as prescribed by the doctor.
- You can take them 1 to 2 hours before consuming food.
- Do not exceed the dosage.
- Take this pill as a whole with a glass of water.
- Do not break the tablet or chew it.
- Do not take R Cinex E if the package has been already opened.
- Do not suddenly stop taking this tablet, as it can have adverse effects.
- Do not take R Cinex E Tablet with other medications without informing your doctor.

- Overdose of R Cinex E Tablets causes symptoms like nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, itching, slurred speech, increased heart rate, urinary retention, lack of consciousness, and dark-coloured skin, urine, saliva, or stools. If you have these overdose symptoms, contact your doctor and seek medical treatment.

Interactions
Interactions with other medicines
- If you are using Phenytoin (anti-seizure medicine) or disulfiram (for alcoholism), R Cinex E Tablet will increase the level of these medicines in the blood and cause adverse effects.
- Rifampicin (a component of this tablet) is contraindicated in HIV-positive patients using certain types of antivirals like protease inhibitors.
- If you have oral contraceptives, blood thinners (warfarin), certain diabetic medicines (sulfonylureas), and methadone, R Cinex E Tablet can decrease the level of these medicines in the blood.
Interactions with food items
- Try to take R Cinex E Tablet on an empty stomach, or else the food can interfere with the effectiveness of this medicine. If you experience severe stomach upset, you can take them after a meal.
