Uses
- Petril Plus LS 10/0.5 mg Tablet is used in,
- Treatment of anxiety
- Treatment of depression
Contraindications
- If you have a known allergy to escitalopram, other SSRIs, clonazepam, other benzodiazepines, or any other inactive components present in Petril Plus LS 10/0.5 mg Tablet.
- If you are currently using or have used monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) such as selegiline or moclobemide in the last 14 days.
- If you are under treatment with pimozide, as it increases the risk of cardiac rhythm abnormalities.
- If you have acute-angle glaucoma, as it increases the risk of worsening of the condition.

- You have a history of substance abuse or alcohol addiction.
- You experience increased salivation.
- Petril Plus LS Tablet is not suitable for those below 18 years of age.
Directions for Use
- Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and duration of Petril Plus LS 10/0.5 mg Tablet.
- Swallow Petril Plus LS 10/0.5 mg Tablet as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it.
- Petril Plus LS Tablets can be taken with or without meals.
- For optimal pharmacological effects, take the recommended dosage of Petril Plus LS 10/0.5 mg Tablet at the same time every day for the prescribed duration.
- Do not alter the dosage or discontinue the use of Petril Plus LS 10/0.5 mg Tablet without consulting your doctor.
