If you are allergic to Benzocaine or Chloramphenicol or any other ingredients of Otek AC ear drops.
If you have a hole in your eardrum.
If you or any family member is suffering from a blood or bone marrow disease post the use of this ear drop.
If you have a family history of dyscrasias (symptoms include fatigue, bruising and increased risk of infections).

Wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying Otek AC Neo ear drops.

Tilt the head towards one side and place drops in the ear canal.
Keep head tilted for 2-3 minutes to let the drops soak in the ear.
Repeat for another ear if required after 5-10 minutes.
Avoid touching the tip of the container directly to the infected area.
