• You develop an allergic reaction after using Osil cream.
• You have problems with your heart, liver or kidneys.
• You do not notice any improvement in your condition.
• Avoid contact with your eyes, nose, mouth or open skin wounds.
• In case your eyes come in contact with this medicine, rinse your eyes with clean water immediately.
• Do not use this cream for any other condition or more frequently than that prescribed by the doctor.

• Osil cream is meant for external use only.
• Use it as directed by the doctor.
• Wash your hands before and after using this medicine.
• Take a sufficient quantity of this cream and gently it apply over the affected area.
• Do not use it for a longer duration than that prescribed.
• In case your eyes come in contact with this medicine rinse your eyes with clean water immediately. Please contact your doctor if you still feel any discomfort.

• Store Osil cream in the original container in a clean and dry place, protected from moisture, sunlight and heat.
• Keep the medicine away from children and pets.

• Osil cream is a topical steroid. It is used in the treatment of piles. It also relieves pain, swelling, itching and discomfort while passing stools in people with piles.
• This medicine is meant for external application and should not be ingested.
• Wash your hands before and after using this medicine.
• Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area.
• Do not use more than the prescribed amount of this medicine, or do not use it for a more extended period of time than recommended by your doctor.
• If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue using the cream and consult your doctor.
• Do not give Osil cream to anyone else, even if they have the same condition as you do.

How Does It Work?

• Calcium dobesilate works by protecting the blood vessels of the anal and lowest part of the rectum area. It promotes normal blood flow by reducing blood viscosity and improves blood supply through the blood vessels of the anal area. It also helps in reducing swelling.
• Hydrocortisone works by blocking or reducing the action of some natural substances in the skin that cause swelling, redness and allergies.
• Lidocaine (also called Lignocaine) is a local anaesthetic and works by blocking pain.
• Allantoin works by helping the dead skin cells fall off, keeping the skin hydrated, thus softening and moisturizing the skin.
• Aloe vera extract has powerful healing properties. It also has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory actions on the skin.
