Medical Description
Orocold tablet is a combination medicine used for temporary relief of nasal congestion, headache, fever and sinus discomfort during colds or similar upper-airway symptoms. It contains paracetamol, which reduces pain and fever, phenylephrine, which narrows swollen blood vessels in the nose to ease blockage, and caffeine, which may strengthen paracetamol's pain-relieving effect. Together, these ingredients target selected symptoms rather than the underlying infection. Orocold tablet is taken by mouth as a whole with water and should be used only as prescribed; do not combine it with another product containing paracetamol.
