• If you are allergic to nimesulide or any other ingredients of Nimica gel.
• If you have a history or suffer from liver disease.
• If you have a history of or suffer from severe kidney disease.
• If you have heart pumping disorders.
• If you have a history of or suffer from a blood clotting disorder.
• If you have ulcers in the stomach or the first part of the small intestine (duodenum), a history of bleeding in the digestive tract and the stomach, or a history of recurrent ulcers in the stomach.

• Skin redness or irritation
• Burning or stinging feeling
• Itching or rash
• Dry or peeling skin
• Blisters or swelling

Other General Warnings

• You see no visible improvement, discontinue use and consult a medical professional.
• Your eyes and mouth should not come into contact with this cream, as it is intended for topical application only.
• You are a pregnant or nursing woman.

• Use Nimica gel as prescribed by your doctor.
• It is meant for external use only.
• Clean and dry the area to be treated, and apply the gel to the affected area.
• Wash your hands before and after using this gel unless your hands are the area to be treated.
• If your eyes come into contact with this gel, rinse them immediately with clean water.

• Store Nimica gel in a cool and dry place. Do not freeze it.
• Keep it out of reach and sight of children and pets.

Interactions with other medicines

• Some medicines affect the way the Nimica gel works or Nimica gel itself reduces the effectiveness of other medicines taken at the same time.
• Inform the doctor about all other medications, herbal preparations, and supplements you are taking to avoid potential interactions.
• Taking blood-thinning medicines (warfarin), other pain-relieving medicines, water pills (furosemide), immunomodulatory medicines and oral antidiabetic medicines.
