New Dolocold Strip Of 10 Tablets contains a combination of three medicines - Paracetamol, Caffeine, and Phenylephrine. It works by the combined action of its three components. Paracetamol helps in re

ducing body temperature, Phenylephrine is a nasal decongestant and helps in the stuffy and congested nose, and caffeine is a stimulant. You should take this medicine in a dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. If there is no improvement in your condition after 3 days or your condition worsens, immediately inform your doctor. New Dolocold Strip Of 10 Tablets should not be used for children under the age of 16 years.

  • Phenylephrine acts by constricting the blood vessels around the nose and thus reduces swelling. This helps in clearing the blocked nose.
