Mostvit capsule is a nutritional supplement used to support daily intake of vitamins, minerals, iron and ginseng. It contains a combination of ferrous fumarate, folic acid, vitamin B12 and other vitamins and minerals, together with ginseng. Iron, folic acid and vitamin B12 support red blood cell formation, while calcium, magnesium and vitamin D support bones; other nutrients support normal energy, immune and nerve functions, and ginseng may support stamina and alertness. Mostvit capsule is swallowed whole with water and is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet.
