Macpod 200 tablet is an antibiotic, used for the treatment of bacterial infection. It is used in the treatment of certain bacterial infections like pneumonia, bronchitis and other infections associat

ed with the skin, nose, throat, urinary tract, etc. Macpod 200 contains cefpodoxime as an active ingredient. It should preferably be taken with meals to avoid stomach discomfort. Complete the entire course of the medicine, do not stop the medicine halfway, even if you feel better. Since abrupt stopping of the medicine results in treatment failure and increase the risk of re-infection. Before starting the treatment, you should inform the doctor about your detailed medical history and all the medicines you are already taking to avoid possible adverse effects.
