• Kojivit Ultra gel is used for the treatment of skin pigmentation, hyperpigmentation, and other skin colour disorders.
• It is also used to reduce age-related dark spots and wrinkles, and to lighten uneven skin tone.

Other General Warnings

• You are using any other pigment-reducing or peeling treatments.
• You are allergic to any of the components of Kojivit Ultra gel.
• You are below the age of 18 years.

• Kojivit Ultra gel should be used as recommended by your doctor or as per the instruction leaflet.
• Clean and dry your hands before and after applying the gel, preferably at night or as advised by your doctor.
• Apply the gel only to the hyperpigmented areas on a healthy skin surface free from cuts and wounds.
• Rub gently to cover the entire affected area.

• Store Kojivit Ultra gel in a cool and dry place, protected from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat.
• Keep away from children and pets.

• Kojivit Ultra gel is used to help in the treatment and management of melasma/hyperpigmentation of the skin. It also helps in lightening uneven skin tone, wrinkles, and the appearance of dark spots or age spots due to exposure to the sun.
• Do not use this gel for any other condition other than that specified by your doctor. Use this gel exactly as directed by your doctor. It is only intended for external use. Clean and dry the affected area before applying Kojivit Ultra gel.
• Use a thin layer of gel and evenly distributed. If your eyes come in contact with this gel, then rinse your eyes with clean water immediately. Before starting Kojivit Ultra gel, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant, or breastfeeding.
• Also, inform your doctor about all other medicines that you are using and your complete medical history. Avoid exposure to sun rays after applying Kojivit Ultra gel, as it can cause sun sensitivity.
• Always wear sunscreen with a high SPF when going outside during the day.

• Octinoxate protects the skin against the damaging effects of sun rays. It may prevent sunburn and photoaging.
• Arbutin inhibits the action of a chemical called tyrosinase, which is involved in the production of the skin-pigmenting substance melanin. It is known to have skin-lightening and depigmenting actions. It helps prevent dark spots or fades them, leading to a more even complexion. It can also help to improve skin texture.
• Kojic acid decreases the production of a substance called melanin, which is responsible for skin pigmentation. It possesses antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, which protect the skin from damage. It also has skin-lightening and protective action.
• Glycolic acid is a natural skin exfoliant. It reduces skin discolouration and may also help minimise fine lines and wrinkles. Glycolic acid also assists in the penetration of other ingredients into the skin.
• Tetrahydrocurcumin, derived from turmeric, is an antioxidant that protects the skin from damage caused by environmental pollutants and sun exposure.
• Allantoin helps remove dead skin cells and keeps the skin hydrated, thus softening and moisturising the skin.
• Mulberry extract is an antioxidant that protects against UVB and UVA rays from sunlight and prevents damage to skin cells after exposure. The mulberry extract may help improve skin tone and act as a natural skin lightener. This may help reduce pigmentation and lighten skin discolouration.
• Liquorice root extract is a powerful natural skin lightener and anti-irritant. It also helps control excessive oil on the skin.
• Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that protects cells from the damaging effects of substances called free radicals. It helps to lighten dark spots on the face caused by sun damage, contributing to skin repair qualities. It also moisturises the skin and promotes the regeneration of skin cells.
