There is limited information about the effect of Itorax Od Capsule on pregnancy. Thus, it is recommended to avoid taking this medicine, unless prescribed by your doctor after assessing the benefits and the need.

Itorax Od Capsule passes into the breast milk and may cause harm to the nursing infant. Depending on the need for the treatment your doctor may either ask you to stop the medicine or discontinue breastfeeding. Inform your doctor if you are a nursing mother.

Itorax Od Capsule does not alter the ability to drive. However, if you experience dizziness after taking this medicine, avoid driving.

There is no known interaction of Itorax Od Capsule with alcohol.

Itorax Od Capsule is to be taken on an empty stomach about an hour before a meal, as a whole with a glass of water. Your doctor will prescribe you the appropriate dose and schedule according to your health condition and requirement.

Abrupt stopping this medicine may result in reappearing of symptoms or another such kind of problem. Do not stop the treatment without consulting your doctor.

Itorax Od Capsule is used to treat various stomach-intestinal symptoms caused by reduced gastrointestinal motility (like the feeling of gastric fullness, upper abdominal pain, decreased appetite, heartburn, nausea & vomiting in non-ulcer dyspepsia (indigestion) or chronic inflammation to stomach lining).

One may experience side effects like diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, constipation, headache, dizziness, stomach pain after taking Itorax Od Capsule, but not everyone experiences them. These side effects are usually temporary and go away with time. However, if you notice the side effects persists or worsen, please report to your doctor.
