- Irrion Z Plus capsule is used for the prevention of iron, folic acid, and zinc deficiencies during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- It is also used in individuals following certain diets which may be lacking in iron, zinc, and folic acid to prevent nutritional deficiencies.

- Avoid taking Irrion Z Plus capsule if you are allergic to any of its components.
- You have a deficiency of vitamin B12.
- You are elderly and/or have difficulty swallowing.
- You have any condition that stops or slows the movement of food from your stomach to your small intestine.
- You have a folate-dependent tumour.
- You have any existing medical condition like diabetes, high blood pressure, kidney, or liver problems.
- You are on other medications, supplements, or following any complementary or integrative health approaches.
- You are going to undergo any surgery or operation.
- Nutritional supplements are intended to supplement the diets of some people and should not be a substitute for a well-balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

- Irrion Z Plus capsule contains a combination of iron, zinc, and folic acid/vitamin B9 as active ingredients.
- Iron is a key mineral body required for growth and development. It is an essential component of haemoglobin, a red blood cell protein that helps to carry oxygen through the blood to different body parts. Iron promotes healthy connective tissue and muscle metabolism. Additionally, it is important for the manufacture of certain hormones as well as for cellular activity, brain development, and physical growth.
- Zinc is a mineral that plays a role in immune function, protein synthesis, wound healing, DNA synthesis, and cell division. Additionally, zinc is necessary for a healthy sense of taste and smell and helps normal growth and development during pregnancy, infancy, and adolescence. The proper functioning of the thyroid and blood clotting depends on zinc. Additionally, it is essential to keep vision proper.
- Vitamin B9/folic acid is required for proper cell division. Folic acid is essential for growth and is therefore needed in higher concentrations during pregnancy. Since the mother's vitamins are transferred to breast milk during breastfeeding, the need for dietary folic acid is still high after delivery and during lactation.
