Hold syrup is a nutritional supplement used to support daily vitamin, mineral and amino-acid intake when food intake is insufficient or nutritional needs rise during growth or recovery. It contains a combination of biotin, chromium, vitamin B12, selenium, zinc, inositol, lysine, iodine, molybdenum, vitamins B1, B3, B6 and D3. These nutrients support normal energy metabolism, tissue formation, immune function, thyroid activity, nerve function and bone and muscle health. Hold syrup is taken by mouth using the measuring device supplied with the pack and should complement, not replace, a varied, balanced diet.
