Histacort B 0.5 MG Description
Histacort B 0.5 mg strip of 10 tablets contains a steroid medicine called betamethasone. Histacort medicine is used to treat asthma or severe allergies, rheumatoid arthritis, conditions of the blood,
connective tissue disorders. Betamethasone is also used to treat inflammatory conditions of skin, kidney, bowels, and heart. This medicine may also be used for other purposes; however, you need to ask your doctor.

How Does It Work?
Histacort B 0.5mg tablet is a steroid that acts by inhibiting the synthesis of chemical messengers that produce inflammation (redness and swelling) and allergies in the body.
Directions for Use of Histacort B 0.5 MG
- Take Histacort B tablets as recommended by your doctor
- Your doctor may provide a steroid card, which will guide you for the number of tablets to be taken each day
- You can either swallow the tablet or dissolve it in glass of water and drink the solution
- Do not take more dosage than recommended
- Do not stop taking tablets abruptly

Interactions with other medicines
- Concomitant use of mifepristone, aspirin, warfarin, or vaccines is not advisable

- Store at a temperature not more than 25°C
