Grilinctus-BM syrup contains terbutaline and bromhexine as its active ingredients. Bromhexine and Terbutaline are a mucolytic agent and bronchodilator respectively. Grilinctus-BM Syrup is used for th

e management of wet cough due to asthma and infection of the airways, lungs and throat. The wet cough is usually accompanied by chest tightness, mucous build-up, wheezing and difficulty in expelling out the cough. It works by relaxing the muscles of the airways and clearing mucus. Take Grilinctus BM as advised by your doctor for the prescribed duration. Shake the Grilinctus BM bottle well, before each use. The common side effects of Grilinctus-BM syrup are headache, nausea, indigestion and diarrhoea. These side effects resolve on their own. Contact a doctor if they worsen.
