Goldar 3 MG Description
Goldar 3mg tablet is used to reduce cramps/spasms in the stomach, intestine and bile duct. It also stops stomach and pancreatic secretion. Goldar 3mg tablet contains atropine as the active ingredient. This medicine works by preventing the action of a chemical called acetylcholine. Take this medicine in the exact dose and duration as recommended by your doctor. Do not take more than the prescribed dose. Before taking Goldar 3mg tablet, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant or breastfeeding and about your complete medical history. This medicine should not be used in children under 2 years of age.

- Goldar 3mg tablet is used to treat cramps in stomach,intestine, urinary tract and the bile duct.
- It also stops the secretion of stomach and pancreas.
Contraindications of Goldar 3 MG
- If you are allergic to atropine, other anticholinergics, or any other ingredient of Goldar 3mg tablet. If you are not sure what these medicines are, please confirm with your doctor.
- If you have a condition of increased pressure in the eyes called glaucoma.
- If you have an autoimmune disorder like myasthenia gravis.
- If you have an abnormally fast heartbeat of more than 100 beats a minute.
- If you are suffering from high production of thyroid hormone in your body.
- If you have blockage or damage in the blood vessels that supply blood to the heart.
- If you are unable to break down food or effectively move food through your intestines
- If you have colon disease or infection called megacolon.
- If you have a blockage in the tubes that carry urine from the kidneys to the bladder.
- If you have an enlarged prostate gland with urine remaining in bladder after urination.
- If have have difficulty in completely emptying your bladder.
- If you have fluid filled in your lungs.
- If you have a pregnancy complication of high blood pressure called pre-eclampsia.

- You are an elderly patient (more than 65 years of age).
- You had a heart attack, or abnormal fast heartbeat of more than 100 beats a minute or abnormal heart rhythm (arrhythmia).
- You have high blood pressure.
- You have high production of thyroid hormone in your body.
- You have Downs-syndrome (a condition in which a person has an extra chromosome).
- Avoid using for infants and children upto 2 years old.
Directions for Use of Goldar 3 MG
- Take Goldar 3mg tablet exactly as recommended by your doctor.
- Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water.
- Do not cut, break, or chew the medicine.
- Do not take more than the prescribed dose.
Storage and disposal of Goldar 3 MG
- Store Goldar 3mg tablet in a cool and dry place below 25°C.
- Keep away from children and pets.
Dosage of Goldar 3 MG
Overdose
- The symptoms of an overdose of Goldar 3mg tablet include blurred vision, eye sensitivity to light, dryness of the mouth, thirst, difficulty swallowing, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, dry and red skin, frequent urination etc....
- If you think you have consumed too much of this medicine, contact your doctor as soon as possible or visit the nearest hospital.
Missed a Dose
- If you have missed taking any dose of Goldar 3mg tablet, take it as soon as you remember.
- If it is time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule.
- Do not consume a double dose of this medicine to compensate for the missed one.

Interactions with other medicines
- Certain medicines can affect the way how Goldar 3mg tablet works or this medicine itself can affect the action of other medicines taken at the same time.
- Always inform your doctor about any other medicines, herbals, or supplements that you are currently taking or might take to avoid any possible interaction.
- Effect of Goldar 3mg tablet may be increased if other medicines of same use such as antiallergic, antipsychotic, antidepressants, antiparkinsons are given simultaneously.
- Always inform your doctor if you are taking any other medicines containing opioids which may cause increase in sleepiness during the day.
- This medicine must not be given with other medicines which increases movement of upper gastric area as its shows complete reversible effect.
