Gentamycin Nel 80mg injection contains Gentamycin as the active component. This injection is used to treat infections in the urinary system, respiratory system, abdomen, brain, spinal cord, and newbo

rn babies. Gentamycin kills the bacteria by inhibiting the bacterial protein synthesis, resulting in bacterial cell death. Gentamycin injection is only administered by a medical professional. Do not self-administer or swallow the injection. This injection is recommended in adults and children above one year. Before taking this injection, inform your doctor if you are allergic to any ingredients or have myasthenia gravis. Contact your doctor immediately if you notice any unusual side effects after taking this medicine.
