Fusi Ointment is a topical antibiotic. It contains sodium fusidate as the active ingredient. It works by killing the bacteria that cause infections. Fusi Ointment is used to treat bacterial skin infe

ctions such as impetigo (a weeping, crusty and swollen patch of skin), infected dermatitis (inflammation of the skin) and spots, and infected cuts and grazes. Do not use this medicine to treat any other skin conditions other than that prescribed by your doctor. Fusi Ointment is meant for external application only. Do not use more of the medicine or apply it more often than recommended.
