Eslify tablet is an anti-epileptic medicine used to treat partial-onset seizures. Its active ingredient, eslicarbazepine, helps control abnormal electrical activity in the brain and reduces seizure frequency.

Eslify tablet works by stabilising nerve activity in the brain. Your doctor will decide the dose, frequency, and duration of treatment. Take this medicine regularly for effective seizure control.

You should inform your doctor if you have kidney, liver, or heart-related problems before taking Eslify tablet. This medicine may cause dizziness or sleepiness. Avoid driving if you experience these effects.

Uses

Eslify tablet is used for the treatment of partial-onset (focal) seizures in epilepsy.

Contraindications

  • If you are allergic to eslicarbazepine acetate or any of the ingredients of this medicine
  • If you are allergic to medicines similar to Zebinix, such as carbamazepine or oxcarbazepine
  • If you have severe liver disease
  • If you have certain heart rhythm or conduction problems
  • If you have previously developed serious skin reactions to anti-epileptic medicines
