- Abacavir with Epitril 1 mg tablet may decrease the excretion rate of clonazepam that can result in higher serum levels.
- Amisulpride should be avoided with Epitril 1mg tablet as it is observed that clonazepam increases the level of amisulpride which results in life-threatening abnormal heart rate.
- Amitriptyline with Epitril 1 mg tablet may add dizziness, drowsiness and breathing problems.
- Cimetidine with Epitril 1 mg tablet may prolong the effect of clonazepam.
- Ciprofloxacin with Epitril 1 mg tablet significantly lowers the metabolism of clonazepam.
- Clozapine with Epitril 1 mg tablet may increase the chances of side effects like drowsiness, confusion, dizziness, and difficulty in establishing concentration.
