Dynapar 100mg Suppos

• Pain in bone and joints (rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, gout, ankylosing spondylitis).
• Pain due to muscle and joint problems (periarthritis, frozen shoulder, tenosynovitis, bursitis).
• Pain due to an injury, dental problems or minor surgical procedures.

• If you are allergic to Diclofenac, any other NSAID medicine or any ingredients of Dynapar {df}}.
• If you are suffering from an ulcer, bleeding or perforation in the intestine (blood in stools).
• If you have a stomach ulcer or bleeding (black stools).
• If you are suffering from liver or kidney failure.
• If you suffer from some heart-related disorders (ischaemic heart disease, peripheral arterial disease or cerebrovascular disease).
• Swelling and pain in the rectum region (proctitis).

• Headache
• Unsteadiness (dizziness)
• Sickness or vomiting
• Abdominal discomfort or pain
• Diarrhoea
• Passing of gas (flatulence)
• Reduction in appetite
• Rashes, swelling in and around the mouth, difficulty in breathing

Other General Warnings

• You suffer from any liver or kidney disease.
• You have an ulcer or bleeding from the stomach or intestine.
• You have abdominal pain.
• You experience black stools or blood in stools.
• You are diabetic or heart patient.
• You take blood thinners or steroid medicines.
• You have asthma or a tendency for allergies.
• You notice any skin rash or dermatitis.
• You suffer from autoimmune conditions like systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) or mixed connective tissue disorders.

• For rectal use only. Use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.
• Wash and dry your hands after emptying your bowel.
• Insert the suppository in your rectum region through the anal opening after peeling off any wrapping over it.
• Do not move or walk for 15 minutes so that the medicine starts dissolving due to the body's temperature.
• Wash your hands again.
• Avoid passing stools or urination for at least 1 hour so that medicine stays in place.

• Store in a cool and dry place.
• Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
• Discard any unused medicine.

How Does It Work?

Interactions with other medicines

• Lithium and Digoxin levels may be altered when taken with Dynapar {df}}.
• Some blood pressure medicines( ramipril, enalapril, spironolactone, amiloride).
• Immunity suppressing medicines (tacrolimus, cyclosporine) can increase potassium levels in the blood.
• Blood thinners (aspirin, warfarin), medicine for some brain disorders (paroxetine, fluoxetine) and steroid medicines may increase the risk of bleeding from the stomach and intestine when taken together with Dynapar {df}}.
• Medicines for diabetes may require monitoring of blood sugar levels and dose adjustment if required.
• Medicine for cancer (methotrexate) levels can increase due to concomitant use with diclofenac.
• Antibiotics like ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, medicine for fits (phenytoin) should be used cautiously.
• Discuss with your doctor about any other medicine, herbal preparations and supplements you are taking currently to avoid interactions.
