Medical Description

Duolin respules is used to treat the symptoms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) like difficulty in breathing, coughing, and wheezing. It contains a combination of ipratropium and levosalbutamol as active ingredients. It works by decreasing the narrowing of the smooth muscles of the airways. Duolin respules also relax the muscles of the airways and make breathing easier.

COPD is a lung disease where the lungs become swollen, and the flow of air in and out is decreased. This obstruction results in coughing, wheezing, and breathing difficulties. Take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor.

Duolin respules should always be administered with the help of nebulizers. A nebulizer is a machine that forms a mist of medicine so that it can reach the lungs easily. Your doctor or pharmacist will guide you on how to use nebulizers properly. Iprazest respules, Combimist respules, Salbair I transpules and Nebzmart smartpules are other medicines containg simillar compositions.

Do not take Duolin respules if you are allergic to any of its components. Before starting this medicine, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant or breastfeeding, and about your complete medical history. Also, inform the doctor about all other medicines and supplements you take.
