- For the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD).
Contraindications
- If you have Desvenlafaxine hypersensitivity or an allergy to any other ingredients present in Dt Xt Tablet.
- If you're currently using Monoamine oxidase Inhibitors (MAOI) or have used them within the last 14 days.

- You have a history of depression or anxiety.
Directions for Use
- Always take the Dt Xt Tablet precisely as directed by your doctor.
- You can take the Dt Xt Tablet with or without food.
- Swallow Dt Xt Tablet with a glass of water. Do not chew or crush it.
- Read the label instructions carefully.
- Dosage should be taken in recommended amounts at a particular time in a day to get maximum benefits and desired clinical effect.

Interactions
Interactions with other medicines
- To avoid undesirable side effects associated with the interaction, inform your doctor about all medicines and supplements you are currently taking.
- Dt Xt Tablets can cause adverse reactions when taken with the following medicines:
- Interaction with Monoamine oxidase inhibitors like moclobemide and selegiline can cause reactions like tremors, seizures, nausea, vomiting, flushing, dizziness, and hyperthermia.
- Interaction with serotonergic agents like selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, amphetamines, and lithium can cause serotonin syndrome.
- Interaction with medicines that can interfere with homeostases like NSAIDs, aspirin and warfarin can increase the risk of bleeding.
Interactions with food items
- Unless your physician suggests, there is no need to avoid any particular type of food or drink when taking Dt Xt Tablets.
