Medical Description
Dailyglim-M 2 Forte Tablet PR is an oral anti-diabetic medicine used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus. It contains glimepiride and metformin, which work together to lower blood sugar levels. This medication helps your body use insulin more effectively and reduces excess glucose production, keeping your blood sugar within a healthier range.
Type 2 diabetes occurs when your body cannot produce enough insulin or use it properly, leading to elevated blood sugar levels. Dailyglim-M 2 Forte Tablet PR helps control these levels and prevents complications associated with high blood sugar, such as vision problems, kidney damage, nerve issues, heart disease, and stroke.
You should take Dailyglim-M 2 Forte Tablet PR exactly as prescribed by your doctor. It is important to follow the recommended dose and duration for effective blood sugar control. Take the tablet with meals, preferably with your first meal of the day, and try to take it at the same time every day for consistent results.
Before starting this medicine, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Also, provide details of your complete medical history and any other medications you are taking, as certain conditions or drugs may affect how Dailyglim-M 2 Forte Tablet PR works.
Along with taking this medicine, maintaining a healthy lifestyle is essential. Follow a balanced diet, exercise regularly, and monitor your blood sugar levels. Consistent use of Dailyglim-M 2 Forte Tablet PR combined with lifestyle modifications can help you manage type 2 diabetes effectively and reduce the risk of long-term complications.
