Combisafe tablet is a nutritional supplement. It contains a combination of vitamin B12/methylcobalamin, alpha-lipoic acid, vitamin B1/benfotiamine, vitamin B9/folic acid, chromium, Myo-inositol, and vitamin B6/pyridoxine as active substances.
