Medical Description

Clotas eh tab is a clonazepam-containing medication. It treats epilepsy, a neurological illness characterised by abnormal brain activity. It's also used to treat panic disorders, such as sudden, intense fear and tension caused by stress. Clotas eh tab works by enhancing the activity of chemical messengers in the brain and nerves, which helps to relax them. Clotas' tab has frequent adverse effects, including fatigue, depression, memory loss, disorientation, and dizziness. Don’t use Clotas Eh Tab if you are allergic to it. The child's weight and age decide the dosage of Clotas eh pill. Clotas eh tab can be taken with or without food. Your medical condition will determine Clotas eh tab dosage and duration. Follow your doctor's instructions completely because clonazepam has habit-forming potential. Take no more than the recommended dose. Stopping Clotas eh tab suddenly can produce withdrawal symptoms such as irritability, impaired vision, and other issues.

Mode of Action

How Does It Work?

Clotas eh tab combines two medicines: clonazepam and escitalopram, both of which reduce anxiety and improve mood. Clonazepam is a benzodiazepine (BZD) that enhances the function of GABA, a chemical messenger that inhibits aberrant nerve cell activity in the brain. Escitalopram improves mood by increasing serotonin levels, a chemical messenger.

Interactions

Interactions with other medicines

  • It isn’t recommended that you take this medication with Atenolol or Codeine. Carbamazepine, rifampin, and rifabutin may increase clonazepam metabolism and reduce its therapeutic impact; use an alternative sedative/hypnotic medicine instead.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

In many patient situations, it was discovered that long-term use of Clotas Eh Tab had resulted in habit-forming tendencies.

Clonazepam's effects continue for around six to eight hours in adults and twelve hours in children and babies.

Even if you feel OK, you should not stop using Clotas eh tab. Continue to take your medication as directed. Your doctor may gradually reduce your dose if your symptoms improve.
