Ciplar-40 tablet is used to treat high blood pressure. It is also used to treat heart-related conditions associated with increased heart rate and pressure. It contains propranolol as its active ingre
dient. Propranolol relaxes the blood vessels in the body which relieves the pressure on the heart and reduces the heart rate. Take this medicine at the dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. Do not stop taking this medicine on your own. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Also inform about all the medicines and supplements you take and the conditions or diseases you suffer from before starting Ciplar-40 tablet.

Ciplar-40 tablet is used for the treatment of high blood pressure, chest pain radiating in nature, tremors, and any other related heart condition.
Contraindications of Ciplar 40 MG
- If you are allergic to propranolol or any other ingredient of Ciplar-40 tablet.
- If you have heart blocks, low heart rate, low blood pressure, or any other heart-related problem.
- If you have a blood circulation problem that affects the blood supply to different body parts.
- If you have a lung condition such as asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
- If you have low blood sugar.
- If you have an acid-base imbalance in the body (metabolic acidosis).
- If you have an untreated tumour of the adrenal gland known as pheochromocytoma.
