Catagon Bottle Of 10ml Eye Drops
Description
Catagon eye drop is a combination of three mineral salts. It contains potassium iodide, calcium chloride and sodium chloride as its active ingredients.Catagon eye drop helps enhance vision and helps prevent cataracts and other eye conditions.
For the eye's lens to remain clear and allow proper vision, it needs a precise balance of water and essential salts, called electrolytes, both inside and outside the lens. This balance has to be maintained. The lens's ability to let the right amount of substances pass through is key to its transparency. Outside the lens (in your blood), the main electrolyte is sodium. Inside the lens cells, potassium is the most abundant. The lens itself has more potassium than sodium, which is the opposite of what you find in your blood. This delicate balance of sodium and potassium helps control the osmotic pressure across the lens's outer layer. Osmotic pressure essentially regulates the movement of water, ensuring the lens doesn't swell or shrink too much. A special protein also helps maintain this balance. If the levels of electrolytes in your blood change too much, it can disrupt the natural balance within the lens. This imbalance can lead to the lens becoming cloudy, a condition known as a cataract.
Use as instructed by your doctor. Follow directions carefully, and do not miss doses. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying.
