Candiforce 100 capsule is an antifungal medicine. It is used for treating fungal and yeast infections. Candiforce contains itraconazole as its active ingredient. It acts directly on the cell wall of the fungi, inhibiting the formation and growth of the fungi, further resulting in cell death. Always take capsule Candiforce 100 as prescribed by the doctor for the prescribed duration. Do not stop taking the medicine even if you feel better. As incomplete treatment may result in treatment failure and the infection might reoccur. Candiforce 100 should be taken after your meal to avoid stomach discomfort. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Before starting treatment with Candiforce 100, discuss all the medication, supplements and disease conditions with your treating doctor.

Directions for Use
- Candiforce 100 capsule should be taken orally as a whole with a glass of water.
- It should preferably be taken with meals to gain optimal benefits. Do not crush, break or chew this medicine. Take it as prescribed by your doctor.

- Store Candiforce 100 capsule at or below 25°C in a cool, dry place.
- Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.

Interactions with other medicines
- Candiforce 100 capsule may interact with other medications and provide an altered response to the treatment.
- Notify your doctor if you are undergoing any other treatments, over-the-counter medications (that you buy without a prescription) and herbal preparations. Also, inform your doctor if you have a planned surgery or vaccination schedule.
- Medicines like cisapride show additive effects and result in an irregular heartbeat; astemizole, terfenadine, pimozide, quinidine, erythromycin, rifampicin, warfarin, prednisone, celecoxib and voriconazole all show different interactions
- Contraceptive pills show reduced efficacy, making the use of barrier-type contraceptive essential should be used with caution along with Candiforce 100 capsule.
